4) Amana Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a proposed SAR 100 million capital hike to SAR 240 million, on Dec. 25, 2018.
5) SICO Investment Bank has initiated coverage on Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance (Bupa Arabia), recommending a “Buy” on the stock and setting its target price at SAR 85.
