Leejam Sports Co.’s (Fitness Time) shareholders have elected board members for the coming three-year term starting on Dec. 10, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.
The new board includes Abdul Rahman Al Barak, Ali Al Sagri, Tarek Al Naeem, Mohamed Al Kanani, Hessa Al Sagri, Musaed Al Musa and Tareq Al Angari.
During the general assembly meeting, shareholders also approved amending the company’s bylaws and delegated board members to distribute cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.
They have also approved other items on the meeting’s agenda.
