Emaar The Economic City (Emaar EC) has appointed Ahmed Bin Ibrahim Linjawy as the chief executive officer from Dec.17, the real estate developer said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Linjawy, who has an extensive experience of 25 years, was recently the company's acting CEO. He joined Emaar EC in 2006 and participated in the development of several strategic projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences from the Faculty of Medicine King Abdulaziz University and has participated in several executive training programs in Saudi Arabia, the United States and Europe.
