Baazeem Trading Co. shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting Jan. 26, 2019 during the general assembly meeting held on Wednesday, the company said in a bourse statement.
The new board includes Salem Baazeem, Mohamed Baazeem, Fawzia Baazeem, Ahmed Bazeem, Hisham Baazeem, Roaa Baazeem, Talaat Hafez, Ali Shenemar and Mohammed Al Fares.
During the meeting, shareholders also named the audit committee’s members.
