Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) board of directors has appointed Khalid Bin Abdullah Hamad Al Hogail as a managing director and Abdullah Bin Ali Al Akil as a Vice Chairman of the board.
The board also formed the nomination and remuneration committee as well the investment and strategy committee for the term extending until 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.
The company’s representatives in the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) were also named.
