Taleem REIT Fund will pay a 1.6 percent cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2018, at SAR 0.16 per unit, amounting to SAR 8.16 million, the fund manager, Saudi Fransi Capital, said in a bourse statement.
The fund has previously distributed SAR 13.05 million cash dividend for the period from Jan. 1, 2018 until Sept. 19, 2018 then raised its capital from SAR 285 million to SAR 510 million through acquiring new real estate assets, Argaam reported earlier.
