Musharaka Capital Co. said that Musharaka REIT will pay cash dividend for the period from Aug. 18, 2018 until Dec. 31, 2018 today.
Shareholders of record on Dec. 31, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.
Last month, the REIT said it would pay a 2.8 percent cash dividend for the period from Aug. 18 2018 until Dec. 31, 2018, at SAR 0.28 per unit, amounting to SAR 24.64 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
