Tabuk Agriculture Development Co. (TADCO) has named Suleiman Al Saraf, the company’s former deputy chairman, as chairman for the board of directors starting from January 20, 2019 until the end of the current term on June 30, 2021, the company said in a bourses statement.
The step came after the board accepted the resignation submitted by the company’s former chairman, Mohammed Al Rajhi, from his position as a chairman with maintaining his board membership.
The board has also named the board member, Yousif Al Rajhi, as deputy chairman for the current term, the statement added.
