BATIC Investments and Logistics Co. has appointed Fahd Al-Qatami as acting chief executive officer (CEO), effective from Jan. 23, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
The new appointment came after former CEO Omar Al Muhammadi tendered his resignation for personal reasons.
Al Muhammadi will retain his position as the company’s deputy chairman for the current board term.
