Baazeem Trading Co.’s (Baazeem) board of directors on Jan. 26 re-appointed Salem Baazeem as chairman and Fawzia Baazeem as vice chairman, the nomu-listed firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
The board has also named the members of the remunerations and nominations committee for the new three-year term which started on the same date.
The board secretary and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stick Exchange (Tadawul) were also named, it said.
Baazeem’s auditing committee was previously formed at a general assembly meeting on Dec. 26, 2018, the statement added.
