Abdulla Saad Abo Moati for Bookstores Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on amending the company’s bylaws during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on March 17, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.
They will also vote on adding an article to the company’s bylaws related to buying, selling and mortgaging the company’s own shares.
