Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) was recently recognized as one of the world’s most valuable brands in the chemicals industry in a new report published by Brand Finance, an independent business valuation and strategy consultancy.
The 2019 edition of the Brand Finance Chemicals 10 report places SABIC among the top three global chemicals companies and estimates the brand value as being $3.964 billion.
The ranking marks a fifth consecutive year of growth for SABIC and an almost 6 percent increase on the 2018 valuation.
SABIC is the only company from the Middle East to be included in the 2019 report.
