Raydan Cuisines and Restaurants Co. will open Tuesday, Feb. 12 nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting April 21, 2019.
Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination until March 21, the company said in a bourse statement.
