Saudi Fisheries Co. (Alasmak) has sold 3,817 fractional shares on Jan. 6, 2019 at SAR 72.40 per share for a total of SAR 275,905, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on Feb. 12, 2019, the statement added.
In December 2018, the company’s general assembly approved a 49.45 percent capital cut to SAR 101.1 million from SAR 200 million to restructure capital and offset accumulated losses, Argaam reported.
