Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance Co. has received the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) approval on appointing Abdulaziz Bin Hasan as board chairman for the three-year term started on Oct. 10, 2018, the company said in a bourses filing.
SAMA has also approved appointing Tariq Alkhayyal as vice chairman for the same term and approved naming members of the board committees.
