Saudi Arabia and India have signed five memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in the fields of trade, investment, tourism and housing, a statement from India’s Ministry of External Affairs said.
The MoUs were signed on the sidelines of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman’s official visit to India, which began Tuesday night.
Upon his arrival at an Indian military base, the Crown Prince was received by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The signed MoUs include:-
-MoU on investing in the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) between the Government of India and the Government of Saudi Arabia
-MoU on cooperation in the field of tourism between the Ministry of Tourism of India and the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage of Saudi Arabia
-MoU between the Government of India and the Government of Saudi Arabia for cooperation in the field of housing
-Framework cooperation program between Invest India and Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) on enhancing bilateral investment relations
-MoU for cooperation on broadcasting between Prasar Bharati, New Delhi, India and Saudi Broadcasting Corporation (SBC), Saudi Arabia for exchange of audio visual programme
In addition to the above, Saudi Arabia has also signed the framework agreement on the International Solar Alliance (ISA).
