Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. (Al Sagr Insurance) appointed today Saud bin Saleh Al-Oraifi as an independent board member, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) has approved his appointment, yet it is still pending shareholders’ approval, the statement added.
