National Gas & Industrialization Co. (GASCO) has recommended a 4.25 percent quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2019, at SAR 0.425 per share, amounting to SAR 31.875 million.
The board has also recommended an extraordinary dividend distribution of 2.25 percent at SAR 0.225 per share.
Earlier this month, GASCO said that the general assembly of its 9 percent affiliate, National Industrial Gases Co. (Gas), has approved cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018, according to data compiled by Argaam.
