Al Kathiri Holding Co. said that its fully owned subsidiary, Msandh El Emdad Co., has obtained the real-estate developer certificate from off -plan sales or rent program (Wafi), one of the programs of the Ministry of Housing.
The certificate has a term of one year, the company added in a bourse statement.
The certificate enables the company to sell and lease the real-estates, whatever their purpose or method of development before or during the development or construction phase, and implementation according to the time plan for each project according to the approved models and specifications, the statement added.
