Alujain Corp. expects financial statements of Q4 2018 to be delayed, the insurer said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
Alujain was unable to publish its financial results on time as its affiliate NATPET was late in sending its financials. NATPET financials has been received on March 29, 2019.
The external auditor will complete the audit requirements for the company’s financial statements as soon as possible, the statement added.
The company’s shares will be suspended according the market’s listing rules and regulations disclosed on March 25, 2019.
