Shareholders of Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) will vote on consolidated financial statements and audit report for fiscal year 2018 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 25, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.
Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period and discharge board members from liabilities during FY 2018.
Meanwhile, they will vote on all other items on the meeting’s agenda including the appointment of an external auditor for the remaining period of 2019 and Q1 2020.
