Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corp.'s (SPIMACO) board of directors elected Mohammed bin Talal Al-Nahhas as a Chairman of the board for the coming three-year term, the company said in a bourse filing.
Ammar Abdulwahed Al-Khudairi was also named as a Vice Chairman.
The executive committee, nomination and numeration committee, investment committee, governance and risk committee were also formed during the board meeting.
The board secretary and the company's representative at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) were also named.
