Saudi Arabia is studying bids from the five countries qualified to build the Kingdom’s nuclear reactors, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported, citing Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih.

“The ministry is still evaluating the offers available in the nuclear power program and is in talks with qualified suppliers,” Al-Falih added on the sidelines of Saudi Arabia Energy Forum.

King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (KACARE) in Saudi Arabia received offers from five countries to build the first two nuclear plants on the Gulf coast, Argaam reported.
