Advanced Petrochemical Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the first quarter of 2019 on April 18, 2019.
Shareholders of record on March 31, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.
Last month, the company’s board of directors recommended a 7 percent cash dividend for the first quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.70 per share, amounting to SAR 137.8 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
