Shareholders of Southern Province Cement Co. (SPCC) approved a 10 percent cash dividend (SAR 1.00 per share) for the second half of 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.
SPCC’s general assembly also approved the board of directors and the auditor’s reports, as well as financial statements for 2017.
Moreover, shareholders authorized board members to distribute interim dividends for the current fiscal year.
