Saudi Fisheries Co. (Alasmak), on Tuesday, has appointed Falcom Financial Services Co. as financial advisor for its prospective capital hike through a rights issue, the company said in a bourse statement.
In October 2018, Alasmak’s board of directors recommended a capital cut to offset accumulated losses followed by a capital hike through rights issue, Argaam reported earlier.
