Wafrah for Industry & Development Co.’s shareholders are set to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term during the general assembly meeting that will be held on May 23, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2018.
They will also vote on the board report for the same period and discharging board members from liabilities during FY 2018.
