Mouwasat Medical Services inked a SAR 169.85 million worth of Murabaha financing bid agreement with the Saudi Ministry of Finance's Projects Support Fund, the Saudi medical services provider said in a bourse filing.
The financing facility will last for ten years, with a grace period of two years, and will be directed to finance the company's hospital in Khobar.
No related parties are involved in the deal, the statement added.
