Nomu-listed Abdulla Saad Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. has renewed an Islamic credit facilities worth SAR 70 million with Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.
The facilities, which are valid until June 30, 2020, are secured by promissory notes and will be used to finance working capital requirements.
No related parties are involved in the deal, the statement added.
