Astra Industrial Group's board of directors appointed Sabih Taher Al Masri as a Chairman of the board for the new term starting April 22, 2019.
Khalid Sobeih Taher Al Masri was also named as a Vice Chairman, the company said in a bourse statement.
The board also, in its meeting, formed the audit committee as well as the nomination and the numeration committee for the coming three-year term, the statement added.
