Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed Jamal Abdullah Al Dabbagh as a Chairman of the board of directors for the current board term which started on Feb. 17, 2019, the insurer said in a bourse filing.
Saud Al Sulaiman was also named as a Vice Chairman.
During the board meeting, Jawdat bin Mousa Al-Halabi was also appointed as head of the audit committee.
