Al Rajhi REIT Fund has amended the custodian fee to SAR 185,000 from SAR 100,000 effective from May 30, 2019, the fund manager, Al Rajhi Capital said in a bourse statement.
External auditor fee has also changed to SAR 35,000 from SAR 30,000.
Independent board members’ fees have been determined at SAR 5,000 per member per meeting with a maximum annual limit of SAR 20,000 for every member.
