AlBaha Investment and Development Co. said that its accumulated losses as of March 31, 2019 reached SAR 36.07 million representing 20.4 percent of capital.
The company cited the increase in Zakat by SAR 776,000 as the reason for widening losses.
The firm will now adhere to procedures and instructions of listed companies having accumulated losses of 20 percent or more of capital.
