Shareholders of SABB Takaful have elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term, starting May 15, 2019, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.
Mohammed Al Shaya was reappointed as board chairman.
They also approved SAR 757,055 in remuneration for the board of directors for the fiscal year 2018 and formed a new audit committee.
The general assembly also endorsed the board of directors’ report, the auditor’s report and the financial statements for fiscal year 2018.
