Arriyadh Development Co. (ARDCO) said it will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2018 on May 23, 2019.
Shareholders of record on May 2, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.
Earlier this month, the company’s shareholders approved an 8 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2018, at SAR 0.8 per share, according to data compiled by Argaam.
