Al Jouf Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote on audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2018 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on June 11, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period and discharging board members from liabilities during FY 2018.
Meanwhile, they will vote on all other items on the meeting’s agenda including appointing an external auditor to audit the company’s financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 2019 and Q1 2020.
