SABB Takaful Co.’s board of directors has named Hussam Alkhayal as chief executive officer effective from May 19, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
The step followed the resignation of the insurer’s acting chief executive, Husam Malaikah, effective the same date.
Makaikah was also appointed as senior advisor to the board of directors, the statement added.
