BATIC Investment and Logistics Co. opened the electronic voting on the items of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Saturday, May 18, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.
The e-voting will continue until May 22,2019, the statement added.
Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
