Basic Chemical Industries Co. (BCI) will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Monday, May 20, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.
The e-voting will continue until May 23, 2019, the statement added.
Shareholders registered on Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
