AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. shareholders approved on May 21 reallocating SAR 40 million provision for establishing new headquarters to other investments, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The insurer had earlier spent SAR 40 million to set up new headquarters and and develop other infrastructure, Argaam reported
