Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing’s Sakani program has launched Bouvardia City in Jeddah, the program said.
The project, located near King Abdullah Sport City, contains complete service facilities and infrastructure, and offers 2,606 apartments at prices starting from SAR 299,000 and a monthly installment of SAR 997.
The units are built in partnership with the private sector and will be delivered to eligible beneficiaries within three years from reservations’ completion, it added.
