Nama Chemicals Co.’s shareholders have refused to approve a board recommendation to appoint Mamdouh Saud Al Sharhan as a member of the audit committee starting from April 14, 2019 until the end of the current term on April 18, 2021 after the resignation of Jassim Al Rumaihi, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders have also rejected a board recommendation to appoint Aziz Bin Mohamed Al-Qahtani as a member of the audit committee starting from April 14, 2019 until the end of the current term on April 18, 2021 after the resignation of Naim Fakhri.
