Al-Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co.'s board of directors has reappointed Abdulelah Abdullah Abu Nayyan as a Chairman of the board, the company said in a bourse statement.
Musaab bin Suliman Al Muhaidi was also named as a Vice Chairman of the board, the statement added.
During the meeting, the board of directors formed the nomination as well as numeration committee.
Last week, the company's extraordinary general meeting elected board members for the new three-year term starting on May 25, 2019, Argaam reported.
