Almarai Co. has completed on Monday the acquisition deal of 100 percent stake of Premier Foods LLC., the company said in a bourse statement.
In February, Almarai signed an agreement with Alamar Foods CJSC to acquire 100 percent stake in Premier Foods LLC. for a value of SAR 108.0 million, Argaam reported earlier.
Premier Foods operates in the field of serving meat and poultry products to the catering and food services sectors in the Middle East.
