Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co.'s (Chubb Arabia) shareholders will on June 27 discuss the board's recommendation on withholding dividend for 2018, the company said in a bourse filing.
Shareholders will also discuss the board's report, auditor's report and financial statements for FY ending Dec. 31, 2018.
Shareholders will discharge board members from liability for 2018, and appoint an auditor for 2019, and Q1 2020.
Board bonuses at SAR 3.04 million for FY18 will be also endorsed.
