Saudi Fisheries Co. (Alasmak) will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Monday, June 15, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.
The e-voting will continue until June 18, 2019, the statement added.
Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
