Saudi Cable Company shareholders have approved the board's report, auditor's report as well as financial results for the FY ending Dec. 31, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.
During the general meeting, board members were discharged from liability for FY18, and a new auditor was appointed for 2019 and Q1 2020.
