Saudi Industrial Export Co.’s (SIECO) board of directors appointed on Sunday Hatem bin Ahmed Al-Suhaibani as chairman and Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Orainy as vice-chairman for the new term that started on June 16, 2019 and ends June 15, 2022.
The board also formed the nominations and remunerations committee, the executive and investment committee, as well as the risk committee, the firm said in a bourse statement.
A general assembly meeting will be held the soonest to appoint the auditing committee for the new term, it added.
