Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.’s (GACO) shareholders have approved audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2018 during the general assembly meeting held on June 17, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders have also approved the board report for the same period and discharging board members from liabilities during FY 2018.
Meanwhile, they have approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda including appointing an external auditor to audit the company’s financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 2019 and Q1 2020.
