Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co.’s shareholders have approved a board recommendation to hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018, the company said n a bourse statement.
Shareholders have also elected members of the board of directors for the three-year term starting on June 23, 2019.
The new board includes Abdul Aziz I. Al-Manea, Yousuf Abdullah Al Shelash, Majed Abdul Rahman Al Qasim, Hathloul Saleh Al Hathloul, Tariq Mohamed Al Jarallah and Ahmed Mohammed Othman Al Dahash.
